Innovative and minimally invasive surgical techniques are important to us to speed healing time and return patients back to work and athletes back to the field quicker.
Minimally invasive surgical procedures on a joint in which an examination and sometimes treatment of damage is performed using an arthroscope, an endoscope that is inserted into the joint through a small incision. Arthroscopic procedures include ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff repair.
Traditional surgical procedures used in cases of shoulder replacement, humeral head resurfacing, knee replacements and hip replacements.

Dr. Stefanides has always treated my concerns with patience and empathy. His referrals of doctors/surgeons are also of high quality. I feel safe with his input and trust him with my health concerns.
Excellent! He listens, cares and recommends great options for treatment.
Very little wait time, fast and staff was very courteous, Dr Stefanidis Was very professional and took the time to listen. He diagnosed my knee pain and I’m on the road to recovery Thank you dr Stefanidis!
I was struggling to find an orthopedic surgeon who takes the time to listen to you, hear what happened, and give you a concrete diagnosis and detailed advice. Made such a huge difference from my previous doctor who didn't even bother to spend even 5 minutes with me. What a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Feliciano.
Dr. Feliciano was great -- professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and friendly. He took the time to listen, asked questions, and was clear in explaining diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up plan.
Dr. Stefanides is an amazing Doctor, he is very patient and kind. He takes him time to listen to his patients concerns and to set a recovery plan. He puts his patients first. He has helped me recover from a car accident injury and I know that he can help you too. I truly recommend him for anyone's orthopedic needs.
Ease of scheduling urgent appointments, Office environment, cleanliness, comfort, Staff friendliness and courteousness 4.7/5 stars
I was recommended to see Dr. Stefanides by my insurance company. I have a broken ankle, and he has been great! The staff is super friendly, and even remembered who I was on my second visit:) it's little things like that that can really make a difference. The Dr. is also very helpful, and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Although, after I'm done recovering, I wouldn't like to see him again lol!
Dr. Stefanides was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the likely problem I am having and recommend a specialist to help me. I have a pretty rare nerve issue which has been missed by several doctors over 8 years but Dr. Stefanides was able to recognize my symptoms and the I from me of the next step.
Very professional friendly and attentive . Office staff very nice
What a nice and thorough doctor. My wait was about 45 minutes but it is because I came in super early (1:15 for a 1:30) appointment and there were people who came in after me but on time for their appointments and they were seen first, which I can respect! The Bayside office is busy because there are several other doctors housed within it but that wasn't really an issue. When I was called I sat down with the doctor so he could look at my ankle injury and then he suggested x-rays to rule out a fracture. We had to wait about 15 min for the x-rays but then we went back up to see the doc right away and were in and out. I really liked this Dr. Stefanides. Amazing bedside manner, offered to answer questions via email and didn't rush me, as I feel most doctors do. Give him a chance!
The Dr. Is always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. I'll be having another athroscopic surgery, but on my knee. I know I'm in good hands.
